These are weirdly similar. I wonder if there is a publishing term for this kind of cover. Tahoma Cockatoo Light, or something. And whether they sell best when it is grey outside.
There was a similar spate a couple of years ago, post-Belle de Jour, of covers featuring sub-Matisse line drawings of purdy gurls in just their pants. See here and here and here. And there's more.
